If you don't live in New England, you may not have gotten the memo that it is COLD here this Valentines Day weekend. And, by cold I mean:
The fact that it was 6:00am and my phone is a complete stalker, but you get the idea. It is cold here this weekend. And, by cold I mean, cars aren't starting, the news is warning everyone from even being outside for more then 5 minutes and so I'll do what they say.
Netflix and chill and love every moment of it. We all know how well that works out when you need some down time.
Anyway, back to the subject at hand. When it's Valentines Day weekend, and the temperature is below zero for a consecutive 24 hours, it's time to make something happen.
Here are some ideas
To make the temperature bearable. In no particular order. Because I did all of these this weekend.
5. Go outside for a quick walk. You need the exercise as much as the next guy.
4. Make popcorn. Sit on the couch. Relax for a hot second.
3. Button Art. Those are descriptive words for a time that I needed to keep myself busy and cope. You don't have to go through a complete life make over to have an arts and crafts day. Trust me. You'll thank me.
2. Binge watch Netflix. We all know how much I love Netflix. So watch hours of The Good Wife, The Making of a Murderer, Scandal. I've watched them all like three times.
1. Bake. Make something yummy to eat, share, and devour. Brownies were the choice of baked goods this weekend. And I can tell you, I love them.
